Not only that, their customer service is above reproach, they take pride in their own work with a display of great workmanship and offer reasonable pricing.<br><br>Tom, Sandra, Jason and team were all professional and courteous. The technicians were knowledgeable, kept me informed about what they were doing, showed up ready to work, respected my property and treated me with respect and dignity.<br><br>It’s hard to find all the aforementioned qualities in a company nowadays. If those qualities are important to you as well, AC Tech, Inc is at the top of the list. I highly recommend you contact them.<br><br>(This is why I took time to write this review)<br>I had a unit improperly installed. After several return calls, the company that installed failed to resolve the issues. Two other companies were dispatched by my warranty company but declined to assist. They advised me to go back to original company. For obvious reasons I was gravely concerned about that. It had been six months without a working unit.<br><br>I reached out to a couple companies, one of which was AC Tech, Inc. Tom came out; he listened to my concerns, assessed the situation and quoted me a price. As you can imagine, I was a little nervous and skeptical at that point about being ripped off again. However, he offered assurance that AC Tech could handle the job. Jason and team were dispatched and did an awesome job! I highly recommend AC Tech, Inc.“
