I had a unit improperly installed. After several return calls, the company that installed failed to resolve the issues. Two other companies were dispatched by my warranty company but declined to assist. They advised me to go back to original company. For obvious reasons I was gravely concerned about that. It had been six months without a working unit.

I reached out to a couple companies, one of which was AC Tech, Inc. Tom came out; he listened to my concerns, assessed the situation and quoted me a price. As you can imagine, I was a little nervous and skeptical at that point about being ripped off again. However, he offered assurance that AC Tech could handle the job. Jason and team were dispatched and did an awesome job! I highly recommend AC Tech, Inc.“

“I had been looking around for a good HVAC company to do some annual maintenance at my home. I saw the great reviews here and figured it was a good option. They were very nice and professional on the phone and was able to get on the schedule. Unfortunately, my schedule date came and went without someone coming by or giving me a call to inform. I figured it could be a mistake and tried again. They were very apologetic and promised they'd put it on their personal watch list to make sure it happens this time around. The gentleman came at the appt time and was very pleasant to deal with. I had some follow up questions about my split unit and he put my mind at ease fairly quickly.
