It was a positive experience. I spoke with a Jason I believe....on the phone a week ago and he was very helpful. I believe I spoke with a Chris in person? He was very helpful. Looked up the items I needed for my car. Gave me a price and informed me about the little things that could happen with a older car like my 2001 as far as brittle plastics and old or original parts when removing them. Overall I was thankful he told me an possible overall price and took the time out of his busy day to speak with me. I will be back in the future to have long tube headers installed on my car at Hurricane performance.
