I called the office late afternoon about a wasp that had entered a ceiling light fixture. She took down my info and shortly after someone else called me back where I went into more detail. He worked out a deal for me. Someone came next day to spray inside and outside, including looking around in the attic, and inside the light fixture where he placed some paper to block a couple of old screw holes. Everyone that I dealt with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A+++
