Update: May 10, I ordered another tie from amazon and with the receipt I was able to get compensation for the lost tie and a refund of the cost they charged for dry cleaning. at this point I felt satisfied that they did everything they could to make me whole and make it right for me as the customer. Thank you to George, who is the manager and owner of this business.Another UPDATE: May 11, I just got a call stating they have found the tie. They requested to come pick it up. This has been my cleaners for a couple of years due to fair cost and location. They have a quick turnaround and I've never had a issue. Service is friendly but do not think I've seen the same person more than twice. The place is clean aand neat. Pressing must be done at another location.
