I would recommend this dental office to everyone!! The whole front office was so pleasant I felt like I was coming into their home… Jade, Dr assistant took my X-Ray and when I mentioned how chilly I was she went and got me the fleece blanket to throw over me… it was warmed!!! Then for the Doctor… young , honest, and so knowledgeable… he told me things no other dentist mentioned and even tho he couldn’t help me… he still offered to clean my teeth as a courtesyPlease consider this dental practiceLeslie Brigham
Dental Care at Eagle Landing has been easily the best dental experience I’ve had since I’ve been in the greater Jacksonville area. Dr. Awad and Dr. Sousou have both been outstanding. The support staff, particularly Dawn and Michelle are, in my opinion, peerless in their care, concern and customer Service. They aren’t the only ones, their names are the ones I can easily recall. Top notch, A-1 service there always!!
I genuinely enjoy my Dentist, Dr. Award. He is incredibly kind, honest, and informative, and he cares.The entire staff are professionals and easy to work with when scheduling an apt or paying a bill.I really like that I can communicate with them via text and as a busy professional on conference calls, it makes life just a little easier.They do not try and upsell you either. I have found very little of that in the Dental industry.
