Went into their store to price a new French door. Was told someone would be out the next day to measure the opening. A week later the contractor showed up and did the measurements. After several weeks I’m still waiting for a quote. If this is how they do business, I think I will pass on this company.

They called me the day before for an appointment. Sat for two and a half hours and no one showed up. When I called to find out what was going on at first no one seemed to know what I was talking about, they finally put the lady on the phone who made the appointment with me and she said she forgot that person who was to come to my house was off. Asked to reschedule and I said no I will find someone more professional.
