They called me the day before for an appointment. Sat for two and a half hours and no one showed up. When I called to find out what was going on at first no one seemed to know what I was talking about, they finally put the lady on the phone who made the appointment with me and she said she forgot that person who was to come to my house was off. Asked to reschedule and I said no I will find someone more professional.

Very poor communication, they took over two months to replace window screens and window hardware. Hell their still not done. Always an excuse. I told the young man what a sad place to do businessService: General repairs
