We love our new floors and have a few more rooms to get done. The installers were extremely pleasant, quick and professional. The Sales Associate, Kristin is also a pleasure to work with. She’s been extremely attentive to our needs and desires in getting our floors done. My husband and I are very pleased with the work and customer service we’ve received. We’re excited about our future floor projects.

This is my second time using Carpet One. Rebecca, out of the Orange Park store, was wonderful!! She was so helpful in picking out my carpet. She made several trips to my home and even helped me decide on a paint color for my walls. I love the finished product. She returned to make sure that everything was done right and that I was happy. The installers were great too. They did an awesome job. Thank you Carpet One and Rebecca! I will be returning the next time I need carpet.

We just replaced our entire house with Coretec luxury vinyl after our house flooded. Jim Lee at the Orange Park store was awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable about flooring, and was very patient with us. He came to the house with several samples and measured perfectly for the flooring! The installers Dave and Paul were truly the best in their craft! They were very professional, hard working, and polite. The floors and baseboards look beautiful! We are very happy, and hope the floors hold up for many years! Thanks Jim, Dave, and Paul!
