Some people are made to help others in an effective and compassionate manner. Kimberly Villarreal is exactly that. As an OT, she has helped my teen with her sensory processing difficulties in a way that no one else has been able to accomplish. Every week she meets my daughter’s needs however they are in that moment when she walks in the door. Her vast knowledge and experience is unparalleled and we are forever grateful that we are so blessed to have her in our teen’s life.
The entire staff at Brooks was amazing! They made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I started my therapy journey. Amy who worked with me was especially amazing she made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident that not only could she help me with my pain and discomfort but she reassured me that the goal was for me to feel better and attempt to eliminate the pain as much as possible but I had to remain consistent and do the work. The pain I felt before working with Amy was something I thought I had to live with and I’m grateful to her for caring enough to really show me that that wasn’t the case for me.
I'm very happy with Ms. Kim she has been doing OT with my kids for over 6 months and I've definitely seen the difference. She is very passionate about her work and the results speak for themselves. She is very communicative and transparent with her work and keeps the parents very informed of what was done the day of the visit and what her goals are .
