Had my car door swing open by strong wind into car parked next to it. Ian took care of the dent fast and flawlessly. Will come back here if I ever need a paintless dent repaired again!

We took our truck and car to Appearance 1st Automotive to get a dent removed from both vehicles. What a great experience! You cannot even tell where the dents were! So happy with the job not to mention the price. Ian Lamb knows what he is doing and takes great pride in delivering a great job.

Well were can I start...The shop is remarkably clean and asteticly pleasing! The service was even better with Ian the founder of this fine establishment being accomidating in every way. The dent vanished like magic and they even took the extra time to buff and clean the surrounding area afterwards. The knowledge and skills these people have about repair is astonishing.
