This is the second time I've used advanced tree. This experience was similar to the first in that they didn't finish the job. I still have debri in my yard. They dropped the tree after telling both myself and my husband they would rope it down. Now there is a crater in the yard. After taking the tree down it was left on my front lawn for over a week. After talking to the company that removed it, I learned they had not paid the man so he didn't pick it up. I paid for the removal service when I paid them for taking the tree down. Very disappointed with the lack of follow up but not surprised. I won't be giving them a third chance or recommending them.

We recently had a huge live oak fall over after heavy rain. It fell into a canal we share with our neighbors preventing them from leaving the canal by boat. We found Advanced Tree and Landscaping on Angi's List. Though we made several inquiries for estimates, Advanced was the first to answer and first to come out to do the estimate. After assessing the job, Jose gave us a handwritten estimate and let us know he was fully insured and had workman's compensation on his crew. He also said he owned his own equipment. Most other companies would have had to rent a crane that was needed to lift the tree. After all estimate were reviewed, Advanced was not only the most reasonable, but would be out to do the work in days not months.A crew of about six arrived on the scheduled day. They went to work on the tree immediately and completed the job within three hours including clean-up. Though the tree was very large and heavy, the skilled team caused no damage done to the property in removing it. The heavy equipment did make ruts in the soil but that is expected and can't be avoided. I would certainly hire this company again.

Ray and his crew did an awesome job of trimming all 4 of my tall palms and elm tree. The best they have looked in years. Friendly and super efficient. I will highly recommend Advanvced Tree to my friends.Service: Tree trimming & pruning
