I would give them no stars if it would let me. I made a hair appointment online with Cynthia R. I could not figure out what I needed so I went ahead and called to make sure I booked the appointment correctly and they had the colors I wanted. To my surprise I was speaking with Cynthia R. I told them I wanted a mermaid hair coloring and I wanted to make sure they had other colors than regular. She said yes, she said that is your hair blonde enough I said no it will definitely need to be bleached. She said okay. She said oh your appointment is with me and I said oh great. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This location has the absolute worst hair salon out of all the Ulta salons in this country. I had an appointment for a silk press however the stylist did not finish claiming she didn't have enough time to flat iron all of my hair. I even got to my appointment early since I have curly hair. It took her a while to detangle my hair (mind you I've been to plenty stylists who never took not even close to an hour to detangle my hair). She used that as an excuse for her running out of time. This store runs out of birthday gifts and my birthday is the first of the month with no subs. They also require an ID for pickup. I buy stuff at target online and never have to produce my ID. I have the confirm on my phone and a debit card with my name but that's not enough?!? It's not like this stuff is expensive.
