They allow roofers to write an affidavit saying yep we did it right and do not check the work. So keep that in mind when hiring a roofer.
As far as Senez, being a little overly cautious from my previous experience. I had my own inspector come and monitor the installation. Crew was very professional, friendly, quick, clean. Price was about 20% less than 3 other estimates I received knowledgable andgenuinly care about the work they do. No high pressure sales. Just an all around good experience and would recommend highly for anyones roofing needs“
