Regeneration Massage is a huge part of my family. My self, partner, and all 4 children benefit in different ways by the services Ashley provides. Most importantly, she always creates a welcoming at home feeling for my whole crew which we have never been able to find at any other massage therapist office. The relationship has built an astonishing wellness plan as she knows what’s going on with us individually. I’m grateful for such a fantastic office and can’t recommend Regeneration Massage enough.
☺️From the moment I walked into Ashley's space I immediately felt relaxed. Her space is warm and inviting. Something I really loved was that the time I had booked with her was all my time....no one waiting in the lobby for their appointment. Once on the table there was a multitude of modalities I could choose from - massage, cupping, reflexology, reiki and more - with no upcharge. My experience with her was great and I would recommend others to try out her services.
This is my favorite place for "me" time. From the moment you walk in you begin to relax. I have had massages by both Ashley and Elaina and both are amazing. Self care is important and they make it easy. Highly recommend for all your massage needs.
