“They say things happen the way they are suppose to. I truly believe that I was meant to go to this office and be treated by Dr. Sirivolu. I was in pain and frustrated because I could not find an appointment anywhere. I called this office and Sara answered and she was so kind and was able to not only get me an appointment that day but within minutes. I knew that natural teeth could not be saved. I also knew that pain usually means infection. I was as embarrassed, full of anxiety and I needed help. During my consultation Dr. Preeti confirmed that my natural teeth could not be saved. Dr. Sirivolu came in and talked to me about teeth health. The conversation was so easy, no anxiety, he talked to me as a person and wanted to make sure I knew all of the options. He had models brought over to visually show me the answers to me questions. He allowed me to ask all the questions that I had and just like that I took the step confident of my decision and ready to move forward. Amber was so friendly and genuinely happy for me while we discussed financing. She was amazing. Nadiya did my impressions and was so friendly and supportive. 5 days later I had an appointment to have teeth removed and implants placed. Dr. Sirivolu was so kind, gentle and made sure that I was numb and ready. Bella was amazing and sweet and made sure I was comfortable and ok during the whole procedure. Believe him when he says you won’t be in pain. I have not experienced pain and I’m 48 hours out of my procedure. Dr. Preeti did my sutures and helped me to make sure that I didn’t have any spots rubbing on my immediate overdenture. I cannot stress how amazing the staff is. I was going to get X-rays after to implants were placed and Nadiya hugged me and reassured me. Bella was so excited for me and so was Sara. From start to finish I felt surrounded In care and compassion. I will forever be great full for Sara answering and for starting this process. While I’m not done, I took the first step and I’m smiling. I honestly forgot how because I was so self conscious and unhappy with my teeth. I cannot wait to see the final smile come through. To Dr. Sirivolu and his entire staff I am thankful for your kindness, compassion and skills. I am forever grateful that those skills and compassion have brought my smile back. Take the step you won’t regret it, we only have one life and we should be as happy as possible. Don’t be embarrassed to get the help you need like I was. Infection, bad teeth, anxiety and all they welcomed me with open arms. Take the step. You are worth taking the step towards living a happier healthier“
