John has been my #1 Doc for years and never a complaint from me.The .most helpful staff around unlike others I've had that pride temselves on being rude and keeping a patient in "... their place."I'm completely shocked and disappointed that they no longer take my Insurance (AARP United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plus). Pains me to search for another Healthcare provider.
Casey Wilson is an extraordinary PA who shows genuine respect, concern and commitment to her patients. Case Manager Amanda goes above and beyond for those in her care. Front desk staff always polite.
Casey is THE BEST provider I have ever seen. She genuinely cares, listens and WANTS to help you! She doesn’t rush you or make you feel like you’re a problem. She has been such a blessing in my life the last few years! The girl at the front desk (not sure of her name she has long red hair) is also amazing ! She always helps me and she helps patients and goes above and beyond. I saw her helping an elderly patient via phone who was getting the run around she spent like an hr on the phone helping that patient and you need more staff like that!*edit* I will add that since it has been taken over by complete health the communication has gone way down and it is not as patient... read full review
