Angie has been a tremendous help for my daughter and I. I have problems in my neck and shoulders and some lower back. After a session I have increased range of motion and I feel almost no tension in my problem areas. I have found that if I keep regular monthly appointments, my pains don't progress far enough to limit me. My daughter is a 10 year old competitive dancer. She sees Angie occasionally to address flexibility issues or soreness, as her body grows and she learns new skills.
