“They would get 5 stars, but for the reason below I give them four. I have been going to this business for about 12 years. Recently, on three different occasions, I have made an appt. via phone with their scheduler. However, when I arrive on the day of my appt., I am told I do not have an appointment at all. Imagine, being in discomfort , driving all the way to their office , just to be told you are not on the schedule. I told the girl at the office, but she did not seemed concerned. When I call to talk to someone, I get the same person who made the appointment in the first place so I cannot speak to management.“
