Xiomarie was a great help! She made me feel comfortable and took her time helping me pick my frames and save money in the process! It was a great experience and will definitely be returning!
My daughter set an appointment up here bc she broke her glasses on a Friday. They were able to get her in FIRST thing Saturday morning and we are not existing customers. From the moment we walked in I was thoroughly surprised, Tatiana at the front desk was unbelievably professional, sweet and beyond helpful. Honestly, I didn't encounter 1 employee that didn't seem happy to work there. We did most of our transactions with Serenity and let me tell you, what a great employee you have. I am actually changing my eye doctor for me and my youngest daughter just solely based off of these 2 employees. Thank you both for such great customer service.
