But Amanda was so sweet and genuine and it just truly made me love getting my hair done and its never felt better, she made my entire day. I went there for a few years even brought friends . Last few times I got a pedicure no bags used in bath also no hot water . The very bare minimum was done as far as filing or cleaning up rough areas . The polish looks terrible in the light and quality all around is terrible ?
I love Ruby's Nails & Spa. Thuy always does my manis and pedis. I have small, thin nail beds. In the past people have knicked my fingers many times and sanded (probably not the right word but, you get the idea) through my nail beds. Thuy is very mindful and doesn't do either. It's finally a fun relaxing experience to have my nails done. I use the dipped method on my nails and love it. No more chipped nails for me. My SIL and I go together, Lily does her manis and pedis, she does a great job as well. We laugh and have a good time with Thuy and Lily while we're there. I highly recommend Ruby's for you're manis and pedis. Tell them Linda says hello!
Cleanliness: Everytime I've been in Ruby's it has been clean. This includes the basins for the pedis. The tools used are individually wrapped and opened in front of you. The tables each manicurist has is clean and organized. Even the bathroom is clean.

When I moved to the area I looked for a place to get a decent haircut at a decent price but what I found was better than that. I rarely get my hair cut. I have fairly long hair and I'm so hesitant to trust anyone with it. 1st appointment was last year (2023) and I was so blown away I didn't hesitate to make another appointment this year (2024)! Prices are very good, atmosphere is very pleasant, and the stylist????? INCREDIBLE. I can trust her with my hair and have left very happy and feeling so beautiful both times. I've been here twice so far to get my nails painted black. I'm a guy so I don't have much experience with beauty salons, but I like my nails black and I'm not good at doing it myself. Mimi suggested gel, so I got black gels. It was a great experience, and my gels lasted a long time. I just went back today and got the old ones off and new ones put on, all done expertly with a gentle touch. I highly recommend trying this place out if you live in West Volusia.

Tara was absolutely amazing from the moment I met her! I came in for a consultation initially and before I left I purchased a series of facial for my upcoming wedding. She is knowledgeable in her craft! My first facial with her was a week later from the consultation and it was by far the best facial id ever had ! It was my first microdermabrasion and when I tell you I left feeling like a brand new women, it was that amazing. I’ve never seen my skin so clear and dewy before. I can’t wait to see what the the finished results once the series is complete. Tara also recommended a few products to me, which she is also very knowledgeable in. We recently used Florida Electrical Solutions to install an electric car charger in our home. The entire booking process was so easy, we were able to schedule a quote within a few days after our initial call, the rep explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We received our quote that same day and scheduling the install was seamless. Our rep arrived on time the day of install and we are very happy with the work performed. We have used numerous other companies for electrical services in the past and never re-used the same company twice for a variety of reasons. That will not be the case with Florida Electrical Solutions--we will definitely use them again for future electrical needs. Highly recommend!
Pat’s Electric was phenomenal. Jason and Billy were professional, friendly, and their work was exceptional. They installed 18 light fixtures with lots of crystals and were so patient. I hired Chris and his team to install a concrete sidewalk at our house. They were on time, worked very hard, and were professional in every way. The job was completed a day after signing the contract. I would hire them for any other project needed.
Alex came to our house to correct the wiring in our circuit breaker box today for our new insurance company. He separated the double tapped connections and also pointed out a couple of issues that the previous electrician did wrong 37 years ago when the house was built. Unfortunately, I have had to downgrade my rating from five stars to one star. This office has become extremely flooded with patients that they are constantly canceling existing appointments that have been in place for upwards of 6 months. I've had my son's dental appointment canceled twice in a row and they don't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call you. They send you a text message. Then when you try to reschedule, it's pushed out an additional 2 months at an inconvenient time. Apparently being a patient of record is no longer valued, especially for the special needs community. I will be looking for a new dentist.
My son has been going here for years!! This office and the staff never lets us down! I love that they remember us everytime we visit and they even remembered to blow up a glove that my son loves to hold. We are always welcomed with a smile and are treated like family! I am so impressed with this vet. I had never been to them before but found myself in a situation that one of my dogs needed to be since immediately and I was unable to go to our primary vet. I called them and after asking what was going on the immediately made a spot for us. When we arrived I was a mess to say the least and I was unable to get my injured girl out of my vehicle so the doctor and 2 or 3 assistants came out to my vehicle and did the exam right there. Not only was he able to calm me down a bit he went over his thoughts and suggested I might should go to the emergency clinic because what she needed they were better equipped for even though he could treat her but he gave me the option and took the time to explain it to me. I felt like this clinic was so accommodating and we had never even been there before.
After the emergency visit they had had said that for the follow up we could go back to Volusia Woods for stitch removal and an exam so that’s what we did. Of course it didn’t end there due to the location of the injury and when I called them and told them the situation we were in now the girl on the phone asked if I could send photos of what was going on and she would have the doctor look at them. I couldn’t believe it what I have never had a doctor of any kind take the time let alone ask to be able to completely understand before bringing her back what was going on. Not fifteen min goes by the call me back and said to bring her right in and they would be able to do something. I was like wow they made that so simple and convenient. We all know how distraught you get when your animal gets injured and you don’t know what’s going on. They once again came out for her comfort and took care of her in my truck and when I commented how awesome it was that they did that the response was that it was for my dogs comfort. I have never been more grateful. I will now be taking all of my animals there and any. Ew ones that come my way.!!!

Recently, on three different occasions, I have made an appt. via phone with their scheduler. However, when I arrive on the day of my appt., I am told I do not have an appointment at all. Imagine, being in discomfort , driving all the way to their office , just to be told you are not on the schedule. I told the girl at the office, but she did not seemed concerned. When I call to talk to someone, I get the same person who made the appointment in the first place so I cannot speak to management.
Diana shows shows interest in her patients, is empathetic but firm with therapy treatment that is beneficial. She’s personable and has demonstrated being a good team member.
