From the very first phone call to the moment we said goodbye, Jae Chau was absolutely amazing. My daughter’s hair came in with three different shades, and Jae took the time to listen, explain, and make us feel confident in the process. We came back at 6pm and left at 10pm, and during that entire time she was patient, kind, and incredibly talented.
The transformation was beyond what we expected—my daughter’s hair looks better than it ever has! Jae’s knowledge of hair, color, products, and even how to fix past mistakes is unmatched. She didn’t just do my daughter’s hair, she made it a day to remember.
