Absolute best service hands down. I called Superior at a friend’s recommendation after getting the run around with two different companies—one of which was a no show after I took the day off of work for the appointment. Superior worked around my crazy schedule, and they were professional, reliable, fast, and incredibly reasonable. Chris and Eli were an amazing team. I can’t recommend Superior highly enough. Ask for Eli, he is the absolute best!
Once again I needed the services of Superior Air. Two days ago my generic mobile home air conditioner once again died. I was told by a neighbor that it was most likely the compressor. Richard came out (Superior Air) and replaced the capacitor. He didn't say I needed a new unit, like I'm sure given my pass experiences with other HVAC companies would have said. This time after trying to salvage my old generic unit many times I decided to replace it. Joe and Derrick completed the job in under 4 hrs. There was no debris from the install left behind, they were pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. It's nice to find a company that is reliable and consistent.
Joe and Derek installed our AC and gas heating unit today. They were in and out in nothing flat, enjoyable, clean, and we can’t even hear our air conditioner anymore. We could not be more thrilled and if there were six stars, I’d give it to them!!!!!?
