Pretty & Clean Services made our house exactly that! The team communicated extremely well and were very efficient upon providing their service. I appreciated their professionalism and courteous manner!
We live in a house with two shedding dogs. I mean I’m blowing hair off my food at dinner time. This crew gets every bit of hair. What I do is I wait until they exit and then I popped my head in the door and turn the ceiling fans on high with the remote controls and I wait 15 minutes and then I enter. No hair in sight. Everything looks clean and it smells wonderful. And Kim the owner doesn’t play around either. She wants a report after every cleaning even though there isn’t anything bad to report. We are very happy. Thanks!
Kim, the owner, is excellent to work with. She made special arrangements to help me when another cleaner ghosted me last minute. I needed a thorough dusting of everything and all floors cleaned. My dog is a shedder, and hair had gotten in hard to reach places for me. Her cleaning team moved all furniture to clean well behind and under! They wiped baseboards, pictures, ceiling fans and all furniture and fixtures. They did the best job I have ever seen. They even vacuumed my shed! I did not need kitchen or bathrooms done.
