Just don't! I discontinued my service via multiple conversations with their customer service. Service continued, so I contacted management (Danny) who spent most of the call trying to sell me more service rather than listen to my concern. They said they would review the calls to make sure I actually asked to cancel (?!) He also made some pretty rude comments about people just not wanting to pay their bills. ? They never called me back, and continued to bill me for the service I had discontinued and did not need or want. Customer service is marginal, management is awful. Choose a company that is better run.
We have had Pest Bear for two years. I contracted them to take care of our termite problem. Unfortunately, they were not able to do that. The tech would come out several times and inject the whole wall with chemicals and they still couldn't get the termites under control. One representative said the tent wouldn't do anything because the termites would just come back. Another person said you should put the tent up, they sprayed certain areas, but my husband and I noticed new termites and the wood that we replaced . Look elsewhere
Giving a 1 star only because it's too early to tell if their work is good or not since I've only had one treatment. once I see how my lawn does, I'll come back and update my review. However, 3 things I did not like: 1: Salesman fibbed. don't like that. (Not a biggie, but still) 2: Billing department sent me a bill AFTER I had paid them the day of the service. This is part of the reason I left my previous service. 3: After signing up with them I received a call from the company confirming I was a new customer. I felt she tried pressuring me with signing up for autopay. I would not agree to that, I told her I will pay through my bank's bill pay after services are rendered. She seemed a bit perturbed and hung up pretty quickly after that. What I liked so far: The service man was very friendly and nice. When I pointed out issues with my lawn, he began to try to upsell me another service. Once I cut him off, he backed down and didn't do it again. I appreciated that.
