We had amazing service. Calvin who sold us the door. Justis, Jacob and Jitler all did amazing install work from coordinator to measuring to install so professional and friendly and my new door looks and works amazing!
Very pleased with the expertise, hard work and friendliness of the crew that installed my sliding glass doors. The supervisor came on site and made sure everything was going well The quality of the products is great. It’s Pella for me from now on.
Overall, my Pella window experience was great but this is solely due to Justin Jones who was there from the start to the finish providing timely responses to my questions, checking on the status of my order and installation and also coordinating corrections. His honest discussion of Pella products to meet my needs allowed me to pick the solution best fitting my situation.
