The staff of Bay Arbor Dental Care are the best people. Dr Melissa Jones is the kindest, gentlest, and most knowledgeable dentist. Kim and Lilly are 2 of her hygienists and are just as good as Dr Jones is. The office staff are also superior. I highly recommend this practice . Good parking. So clean and all CDC regulations followed.

Had my first visit today. It was THE BEST visit I have ever had to a Dentist. Everyone there, from Allison and Dee at the front, and Kendra the (Super) Hygienist, and Dr. Jones herself were so kind and pleasant. The office is spotless and modern. It is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. I did not feel rushed a bit, and all my questions were answered. Spent the most time with Kendra the Hygienist. Dr Jones is the absolute best! She is sweet and knowledgeable, and most importantly, efficient! The entire staff is welcoming and wonderful. No one will ever shame you if you are behind on visiting the dentist (even if it has been years). They understand the fear can be real.
