My business dealings with the company were first rate. Second, they were family owned and operated since the 80s. Long time. Third, they got right back to me immediately. Fourth, they were patient. I probably had their designer draw 12 drawingings before my design was perfect! I wanted a negative edge pool so I was very fussy and they put up with me very professionally.
