Won't answer phone calls or emails. Trying to get documents returned to no avail. They have had the documents for over 4 months.Wondering what is truly going on in there. Maybe someone should open up an investigation into this company.
DO NOT USE!! THEY made an error on taxes and instead of getting a refund, we owed thousands. They said they would pay for the tax penalty fee since it was their mistake but never sent the money. We requested that our supporting documents be returned, still have not gotten them after numerous email and calls.
K&A has done an exceptional job doing typical accounting services for both my company and my family. Additionally they have been very help in resolving an issue with the IRS. They were consistently responsive and thorough in their approach to all my needs.
