Wanted to say that Kendall, Mike, Tiffany and Charlie are amazing. This is a very trustworthy, reliable, caring and fair family owned business. Kendall helped us when we needed a lot of help replacing a very moldy air handler system. They are quick to respond if we have any concerns/ questions.
You will not be disappointed with their service. They actually care about their customers and not in it just to make money. Highly recommend them !

After having a problem not being able to reach this company.I have since learned that it was not HARBOR AIR at fault..It was the answering service that did not give the message to the company.Kendall reached out and was so apologetic and concerned.His next step was to fix it at no cost.Would you please disregard my post because they are definitly a FIVE STAR COMPANY.

I normally don't leave these reviews, but I was pretty impressed with their service. Guys came by and immediately diagnosed the problem, told me how to look out for it, and what to do to prevent it in the future. At no point did either of them try to sell me anything. They even waived the service charge for a new customer.
I spent this morning calling half a dozen different A/C companies and this is the first one that was not only able to schedule a visit same day, but also that didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I can confidently say they've earned themselves a new customer today.
