DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers who will simply take your money without providing any services! I constantly had issues with them! I would call telling them my pool was green and they said it needed to be vacuumed which was something I needed to do because that was a service I didn't purchase... meanwhile a week and a half later when they finally came out, it turned out the salt cell that I rented from them was broken! Hence, their responsibility! They didn't even bother to come and check it out which was the most frustrating! If I could give negative stars I would. We have used this company for over a year and it's the same thing time after time. I'm sure they've had to do at least 3 green cleans due to them not servicing our pool. Then they want to charge extra.. Don't use them. Just don't waste the time or the money!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are a horrible company to work with. I was a long standing customer with them and over the years have had nothing but problems with them not cleaning my pool appropriately. If you try to get the service you are paying for because it isnt being done then they want YOU to show proof. You have to send in pictures of your pool before even considering sending someone else out to do their job. They also will document that they serviced your pool and they dont even show up! I work from home so always here and I would not see them for weeks. I even tried to get the supervisor to come out and view my pool due to the lies the technician had stated...read full review
