“Five star pools was the 3rd pool contractor that I called. The first stated the project was too big, the second stated the project was too small and Roman, the owner from Five Star pools, came right out and said his company could do the work. They did a demo of my current brick paver pool patio, fixed over 40 cracks, resurfaced the pool, installed a new light, hidden floor drains, and a beautiful travertine pool patio. Sid, the office coordinator helped me pick out my tiles and was very responsive to any questions that I had. Andrew, the project manager was very responsive as well and was on site weekly to ensure everything was on target. The "guys" did a great job-some of the most hard working people that I have encountered. The project was on time for the 3-4 week estimate given. Turned out beautifully. See my pics. I’d like to take a moment to write to you regarding our new pool. When we had this home built in Lake Shore Ranch, the main item was, we did not want a pool. We had a pool at our older home and it was just a nightmare to maintain and worst of all was keeping it attractive. We had the pool redone twice in the 7 years we were there.
A neighbor a few doors down, told us about your company. We called Mr. Scott High and made an appointment for him to visit. He had some wonderful ideas that we were very impressed with. We scheduled a visit at your showroom and I cannot begin to explain how impressed we were. Every reason for us not wanting another pool he overcame and made us want a pool for certain.
We stayed out of the various workers way; just watched from a distance. The amazing part is that we never even had to be here. Your two construction department managers (T&T) are amazing. They have each and every step of this pool build process in over-drive. Project began April 2nd, Pool filled May 31st. It took your company 59 days from the first day until it was ready for water. Who does this! I can now appreciate and understand just why your reputation is flawless. Building a pool is a really big deal, lots of moving parts, schedules are tight and there is a “Gotcha” factor. Well, not with Gulfstream. This is as seamless an undertaking as could ever be.
