Excellent Yoga studio!!! They offer so many fun classes! There is something for everyone. Instructors are knowledgeable and classes are laid back and fun!!!! Definitely my happy place.
Taylor is absolutely incredible! If you want to take classes from someone who doesn't just preach what she knows. . . she lives it. Every-single-day. She has such a passion for sharing her vast knowledge. Paired with her down to earth personality it will make you stop second guessing yourself and your personal health goals. ALL of the classes at Wildwood are beyond incredible and each instructor will have you in a better mood by the time you're done. They are each so kind and lighthearted which creates such a welcoming space for learning.So grateful to these beautiful wellness goddess's and the level of enrichment they bring to our town.
