Mike is the most awesome knowledgeable service technician we ever met. Answered my text within the hour and came out to our camp site within an hour. We had two slides that would not work each with a different problem. He assessed the issues and had them fixed in record time. He explained everything to us in layman terms so we knew what was wrong. So super friendly and a great guy. We will most definitely be sharing his information with everyone at North Lakes Estates and in the area.If we could rate higher he would be a 10. My husband plugged our RV into the neighbors dryer outlet and blew out converter. I texted and Michael return my text in less than 10 minutes and came out within an hour to check things out. He told us more about our RV in one hour than we received from the dealership or online. Of course it was on a Friday and Mother's Day weekend and Michael kept us informed on part delivery and had us on the road by Tuesday. His work is impeccable and have had no problems since. I highly recommend Michael Barber to do any kind of repairs. Very knowledgeable and professional all the way
