“Brian Terry vinyl did the lanai at our house in The Villages.
After we closed on the house we noticed that the builders landscapers had sliced one of the screens while trimming.
Terry vinyl came out very promptly and replaced it.
The technician was very respectful and professional.

One of the screen panels blew out recently from heavy winds.
They were very prompt again and the same technician came out and replaced it no questions asked.
We are going to have them do some work on the lanai in the future and would not even consider calling anyone else to do the work.

“We contacted Lake Square Aluminum for a replacement screen door for our garage working with Jay. The quote came in two days and the new doors were installed this week. They look and work great and I have to compliment the installers on the work they did because the doors work and fit perfectly. They made sure that the doors were fitted exactly and the door sweeps were adjusted to allow easy opening, closing and sealing so that any critters or lawn clippings and leaves can't get in. We'll definitely call Lake Square again for whatever they can provide.“
