My experience with southern closet systems was excellent. I was looking for a local company and found them online. Barbara came out to the house and spent time with us listening to what we wanted and measured everything. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. They worked with us with our budget and we got all the things we wanted in a closet. The time frame was very quick and the installers were so friendly and neat. They were able to finish earlier than expected and we couldn’t be happier w the outcome. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Three step process for our laundry, first is the design by J. and he help you think of effects of your decisions before the installation so your doors actually swing correctly for example. J. is excellent. Next step is the workers who install the cabinet parts that were made in their Odessa facility. There were a couple detail issues any carpenter would not allow in their own home but they departed my home since my wife did not call them out on it. I sent pictures to the manager and he came out quickly to fix the issues perfectly. Good customer service. Third was a subcontracted counter top with sink who did not have professional skills greater than an educated home owner...read full review
