Pet Paradise Odessa My dog could barely walk after 2 days here. Her paw pads were basically melted. My dog normally runs 3 miles a day with my wife on concrete, plus 2 with me in the field every day. They left her out on burning turf while we trusted them with her. Now we are having to bring her to the vet for an emergency, because aside from the melted paws her back leg is hurting. Im absolutely mind blown, and will also be filing my complaint with the DBPR with images and the vets report. As well as spreading awareness. I plan on getting fully refunded, plus holding this business liable for any further bills. 2 days and my perfectly healthy 3yo dog can hardly walk. I'm disgusted. We also didn't get a single one of our promised updates.... Wonder why.... Wow. you should check my profile for the pictures. it's morbid

My dog caught the very contagious papilloma virus that resulted in an expensive and painful surgery there! Even when presented with the report from pathology that stated the tumor/growth was from daycare - they did NOT care!!! She also caught kennel cough twice! All this from going 3 times in a 3 month period! This place is obviously not cleaned well and the staff not trained properly to detect sick dogs When brought to their attention, they don't care and won't assume any liability financially! My poor dog has been through hell! We obviously won't be back and if you care about your dog, you would think twice about this place!
