On behalf of a Client, Nick Chaplin, came out to the Seller's home to bring in the fans. Nick first read the moisture in the room (carpet, walls, baseboards) then brought in fans to dry it out. My Insurance company sent out Paul Davis to assess some water damage to my bedroom, Erin came out she took pictures and did a graph, checked for moisture and left their equipment dehumidifiers for 5 days. Came twice to check on equipment and her and Nick were very friendly and answered whatever questions I had as best they could.
