Not only did he even out everything, which was completely uneven due to other stylists, but he took care to include things I had asked for or needed like for all of my split ends to be taken care of. And in the end he even blow dried it and styled it so I could see how it all looked. I also called at 8PM right after I had gotten off work and he got me in ant 9:30PM!
