“Today was my first appointment with Pine Avenue Smiles. The office was inviting and the staff was extremely friendly. I saw Dr. Ricky Pan (whose brother is also a Dentist in the office). I presented with a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Dr. Pan spend a lot of time going through my dental/medical history with me before excusing himself for a few minutes to do some research to best serve the complexities of my "case". Dr. Pan then contacted an oral surgeon on my behalf. After an hour of consulting with Dr. Pan, he told me that he still wanted to fully examine my mouth, aside from the problem I initially contacted him about. The oral surgeon immediately called me to set up an appointment. Dr. Pan personally called me at home to make sure I had an appointment with the oral surgeon, and then he scheduled a follow-up appointment with him after my consultation with the oral surgeon. This is the kind of medical care patients appreciate because we know we are being heard and treated by caring Doctors. Thank you Dr. Pan for everything you did for me in just one visit! Finally, a Dentist I can trust and have every confidence in.“

Dr Joe removed a key molar because it had a huge cavity and was infected and extremely painful.Dr joe gave me other options to save the tooth but extraction was my choice. Dr Joe was so smart he did bone replacement. He found cracks in other teeth and he has a plan to preserve those teeth. I am 72 years old and Dr Joe is the first to do any dental procedures in my mouth. He is very smart.“

“My goodness where do I start? As a parent the last thing we want to see is our child in pain I had called the office and was met with Care and compassion right from the start. They were able to get my son in that day. It turns out he needed two extractions that were scheduled out the following week. During that week he had increased pain and I called the after hours . They reassured me we would try to get him in sooner. The day of the extraction he was so scared and nervous. They let him know he would be just fine. The extractions took longer then we expected. The young lady at check in ( I am so sorry I did not get your name ) would go back and check on my boy and let me know he is doing well. After 1 1/2 hrs in the chair and 2 less teeth my boy came out smiling.. I don't know how I would like to thank all the office staff, special shout out to Mila whom was in the room with my boy. He said " momma there is something about her ,she is very genuine" thank you to Dr Jessica , you did a great job. He has no pain. To Dr Z , you have one heck of a staff that you should be proud of. I appreciate each and everyone of you that helped my boy . He is no longer in pain and is looking forward to the next visit for follow up Thank you, Mason Momma“
