When we had a schedule conflict pop up, Air Hawk quickly found us another date within a few days. Tech was here promptly and completed his PM work seamlessly. He promised to call if he found anything, but as he and I expected, there were no problems. We perform our part each month with filter changing and flushing the line. All is good.

A speedy and painless installation of our new unit. Don (technician) displayed excellent expertise in diagnosing the problem with the old unit that another a/c company failed to find. Then offered several alternative solutions. Raymond & Joel (installers) performed professionally as well as cleaned the work area nicely upon completion of the project. All of these gentlemen were personable and genuinely friendly. In the future I will not hesitate to utilize their services if needed !

Drake came on time was here an hour and 15 minutes For AC maintenance. He unclogged the drain line and did all the things he was supposed to do for a maintenance check. Drake gave me some good advice on how to keep the drain line clog free, and I will follow his advice. I will definitely use this company again!
