Overall happy with my first visit! I made an appointment for 2pm on a Wednesday, although I could’ve walked in as it wasn’t packed. My technician did a good job on my gel manicure ($40) and toenail polish change ($15). Both services were completed within an hour which I appreciate because the technician wasn’t rushing but I also didn’t need to spend most of my day in the chair. I wasn’t offered refreshments, so I’m unsure if this is something the shop typically offers. I do feel like $15 for polish change is on the high side but I am willing to pay the price if services are given as much detail as I received. I will return to this shop!

I went to Van’s nails for a pedicure. As I was sat down the nail tech, I believe her name was Jenifer, immediately offered me something to drink. I appreciated this tremendously because anywhere else it’s like you have to ask or it’s not an option. She went over the pedicure options with me and recommended the best value. She then placed a warming, lavender smelling, neck pillow around my neck which was another pleasant surprise. This is how I knew I found a new nail place. 5star service and relaxation. The massage was the real MVP! I will definitely be coming here from now on for my pedicures, wish I found it sooner!

My first time here at Van's Nails as a customer was wonderful, I had pedicure and manicure for my birthday and guess what they made my birthday so special I even have a mini birthday cupcake taste amazing and a balloon. The customer service is wonderful, the place is clean and relaxing I will definitely refer Van's to everyone. My nails technician is Dalena she goes above and beyond to make sure my birthday was full of joy and happiness but the most important she makes my birthday so memorable.thank you Dalena for your amazing customer service. And I thank you all that participate to make my day so special ????
