We replaced the carpet on our second story with luxury vinyl flooring. Had a few quotes out with other companies in the area and The Flooring Spot beat everyone by far. Super easy and convenient locations in Ocoee and Hamlin. Marisa and Ralph are wonderful and so informative. The customer service during the sale and selection process was outstanding, and the install was even better! I think its the first time we’ve hired someone to do a project that actually showed up on time every single day (or even earlier) and we were so appreciative. They were very attentive to our furniture and cleaning and more than happy to fix final touches as needed. Antonio was so pleasant. Total install took 3 days. From beginning to end, we are so pleased!!
