This facility is very nice, super clean, and has great equipment! But the staff is where it really shines! Walter (PT) and Ashely (reception) are great! I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with them. Walter takes the time to really listen to what you are saying and help you in every way possible. He appreciates feedback and is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’ve actually had fun doing physical therapy! You can definitely tell that both Walter and Ashely care about the patients. I’ve seen Ashley go the extra mile to help people, literally, by giving patients step by step directions! I would give this facility more than 5 stars if I could.
