I had twin sick kiddos in my care on the weekend. One is very scared of doctors and the other is prone to tantrums due to developmental delays. We went to the centracare in Orange city. Brent PA was wonderful with both of them. He even sang to them and helped carry one out to the car because she didn’t want to leave. I was exhausted after being up overnight with sick kids and this was the most compassionate thing anyone has ever done just simply helping me get both kids safely out to the car.
From the welcoming front desk reception of Miss Olga, to rn practioner Marcello, to nurses, techs, doctors, medical assistants Erica, one is greeted, treated with kindness and compassion at the AdventHealth Centra Care in Ocoee. I've been to this location three times, once for an allergic reaction to a medication and with my current visit being to remove some stitches. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone in the area needing assistant for urgent care that is not required in a hospital. God bless the entire staff.
I took my granddaughter to the 11001 West Colonial Centra Care on 5/13. She needed to get a physical done that day for school sports. Her mother passed recently and my other daughter has taken guardianship. I didn’t have the necessary paperwork to prove that. Heather and Denelle went over and above helping with phone calls and emails to get the paperwork she needed and she was able to get her physical done . Thank you Heather and Denelle for your kindness!
