Visiting from out of town and one of our pups injured themselves. They were able to get me in same day, the staff was so friendly, attentive and compassionate. This is a vet that is all about the health of the animal and not about the money. If I lived in town this would be my vet of choice!

I had to put my Bernese mountain dog down 2 weeks ago and Happy Tails was very compassionate. They made my baby very comfortable. Gave him cheese whiz and treats and let me stay in the room for as long as I wanted to say my good byes. The cremation went well. And to top it off, they sent me a personalized card with employee condolences. A hand and nose print and his hair. Of course the water works began again. They actually seemed like they cared. Top notch. Thanks again for caring about my beautiful boy.

The best vet experience I’ve ever had in my life. Doctor Bright is the most compassionate Veterinarian. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us! When does that ever happen?! She empathized with me and assured me that my baby would be safe in her hands. I must’ve called 10 other clinics to get estimates (because we needed a pricey surgery) and Happy Tails completed it for the best price by far! Not to mention they worked through their lunch break to fit us in that day! Incredible! I am a client for life! Lol
