“I needed a vet visit and checkup for my new dog. I got an appointment the same day I called, which was most appreciated. All of the staff were professional, but also kind. My rescue dog is still somewhat nervous and I needed help getting her out of and then back into my car. One of the staff carried her for me. (56 lbs, not a toy breed!!!). Dr. Collins gave my Sequoia a good exam and eased my worrying. All in all a very positive experience.“

“Dr. Sonday deserves to be recognized for her patience, kindness, knowledge and empathy...today was a tough one for our family. Sweet Annie and myself needed that extra TLC as Annie's illness was moving quickly. Her suffering was evident and needed to end. Dr. Sonday took the time and comforted the situation as I held my baby taking her last breath this morning. This experience was nothing like my heart expected. We are grateful for our veterinarian and her compassion for the industry. She's a true blessing and an incredible vet.“

“We were looking for a vet to get our two cats established after a very unfavorable experience at a chain company vet. I cannot even begin to express how great my experience at Quail Meadow was. The receptionist was kind and very helpful, and I recieved a notification to remind me of my appointment. Both the vet and the tech at the appointment were calm and patient with my very skittery kitty (who needs meds just to see the vet) and showed such gentle compassion when she began to get frightened and worked up. My cat has struggled at the vet in the past, but you could tell she felt much safer here. During the appointment, they had an honest discussion about vaccine recommendations - not pushy or overexaggerated at all (my last experience at the chain vet was like that). They worked around the needs of my cats and listened to my concerns, treating me like part of the care team. To top it all off, the following day, they called just to check in on my nervous cat to make sure she was feeling okay after the appointment. I have NEVER had that before even from a vet that I had been going to for years. What amazing and compassionate service! I would highly recommend Quail Meadow. It is abundantly clear that they sincerely care about your animal and not just getting money.“

“I took my cat to skylark animal clinic because I thought she had a urinary track infection or a stone. They did an x-ray and found that her bladder was actually fine but that her entire colon was full of stool and gas and she was in extreme pain. They gave her an enema which relieved all of the gas and stool and she’s doing so much better now. The staff was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, showed that they really cared, and I am overall extremely pleased with the care if I gave my cat. They found her issue and took care of it and even kept her a couple hours to make sure she was OK. This is an excellent vet. Highly recommend.“
