I wish we knew about Toby before we signed a contract with our previous builder!! We were in a difficult situation where time was of the essence to get our building/built out and completed. Our previous builder was not able to complete the job. Toby was highly recommended by 3 different people. He knew we had an urgent need and gave us an estimated deadline. Toby was able to complete the job and get us a certificate of occupancy in record time. He worked very close with my husband throughout the entire process. He was professional and easy to work with. Toby is awesome! He came to our rescue at Capstone Academy last year after another builder put us more than 8 months behind schedule. As soon as Toby stepped in he had more subs onsite in the first week than the previous builder had in all 8 months.Since last year, we have started the buildout on two additional classrooms and it's no surprise to us that Toby is ahead of schedule and under budget.Choosing the right building makes all the difference in the world and we won't every choose anyone except Toby Young for all of our future projects!

Would not recommend. Misfortune of having Lowe’s contract with TYC. Unpleasant and the poor coordination and shoddy workmanship of most (few notable standouts) stretched ball park quoted 3 mo project well beyond a year. Perhaps non-Lowe’s projects are different (more attention and A-team workers) but would suggest caution.By the way, you may want to take the the 5 star rating from Adam Dupre from a few months ago w/ a large grain of salt (he works for Lowe’s).
