We had our Superior renewal (including the treatment of the home) done today. We've been with Superior since 2014 and am very satisfied with their service. I wanted to give a "shout-out" to Stephen Andrews who came out for the renewal. He was professional, pleasant, talkative and did a nice job. Would highly recommend him and also Superior if you are looking for pest control.
Your technician, Kendra, treated our home today, and she is another one of your outstanding employees. She seriously did a thorough inspection of our home and found where ants were coming in, followed their trail and treated several areas. She responded quickly to our concerns about the roaches I've been seeing, and she treated problem areas. She speaks knowledgeably about how to treat pests. She worked quickly and I have confidence she knows what she is doing! People like her are one reason we stay with your company and also recommend you to our friends and neighbors.
Great team members at this company! Woody and Mike are 2 of the best people I’ve met in a long time! Despite the brutal heat outside they always provide service with a smile and go over and beyond!
