Chris and Denise of Great Lakes were outstanding with their dealings with us in our tile and vinyl flooring purchases. We returned to the store numerous times with the different flooring samples we selected. Denise was beyond patient with us and after we did finally select our tile and flooring, Denise and Chris did everything possible to make sure the product would be installed by the dates we needed.
