Service Experts has serviced my HVAC needs for many years, but yesterday afternoon I had a major plumbing disaster with water streaming outside and no water inside. After a very dry night, master plumber ALEXANDER ANOCETO was at my door at 8:04 am and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He was very professional and patiently explained what went wrong and several options how to fix it, determined not to leave until we found a solution that would fit within my budget for an unexpected expense this late in the month. I recommend him most highly for his expert workmanship and a level of customer service that I have come to expect from Service Experts.
September 2024 edit: Alfred came out one last time for maintenance, as I am selling my home. Thank you so much to him and to everyone at Service Experts for all your fine work over the last 23 years.
June 2022 edit: Alfred Salas did the maintenance yesterday, and he was truly one of the best Service Experts people to come out. He gave me some very good ideas regarding what unit to consider when the current one needs to be replaced in the years to come.
2020: For over a decade they have a done a fantastic job of installing and maintaining HVACs at my residence.
I love Michael E. came very quickly and resolved our issue in record time. He was wonderful, respectful, and pleasant. He really went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I love him. I'm glad he was hired.
