I've been in remission for three years now, and the chemo and radiation have left me with several unsavory painful and degenerative side effects. I've done physical therapy for a couple years and have been prescribed everything under the sun, none of which has been effective in treating the pain or the symptoms. I was admittedly skeptical about acupuncture at first, but after seeing my nearly paralyzed dog make a full recovery after a few sessions I decided to give it a shot.
